The company has erected a highly visible, massive, new LED digital billboard overlooking a major interstate highway in New York City, located atop their Bronx facility. The company has built the sign at this location, which can be seen by motorists as far as 59 feet away (across the river into Manhattan), capable of 144 quadrillion colors and has a brightness of 8,400 nits, as part of the company’s new marketing endeavor designed to reach a mass audience on the Major Deegan Highway, driving to and from Manhattan.
Spectrio, a provider of audio and digital display solutions, has since 2009 provided a variety of services to the company, including On-Hold Messaging, Atmospheres public space music, public space messaging, digital signage, and automated attendant services throughout 14 of the Storage Post locations. For this new sign, Storage Post tapped Spectio to develop and produce its proprietary VideoCast animations for the sign, with content that can be easily changed when needed.
