The property was 83% physically occupied at the time of closing. Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson, and John Arnold had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of
the Savannah, Georgia based seller. They also procured the buyer, Public Storage, a publically traded REIT headquartered in Glendale, California.
