The Jenkins Organization has acquired 7 self storage properties, 5 in Houston and 2 in Minneapolis. The properties total over 640,000 square feet and were purchased at a cost of $44 million. Ricky Jenkins, President of The Jenkins Organization, states “All 7 properties are well located, in high growth areas with excellent demographics. Houston continues to be a good market for us, despite the energy downturn. Same store sales are up over the same period last year.”
