Kimberly Scott becomes COO of Manhattan Management
Manhattan Management announces appointment of Kimberly Scott to the position of Chief Operating Officer
June 26, 2019 – Farmington Hills, MI – Manhattan Management, a commercial and retail property management company in Farmington Hills, Michigan, recently announced the appointment of Kimberly Scott, a resident of Howell, to the position of Chief Operating Officer. She takes on the responsibilities of the operations of Manhattan Management’s portfolio of self-storage facilities, manufactured housing communities, manufactured home retail sales, and retail facilities. Scott is no stranger to Manhattan Management. She held the position of Operations Manager from 2004 to 2011.
For the past eight years Scott was the Director of Property Management – Manufactured Housing Division – for M. Shapiro Real Estate Group of Farmington Hills, where she was charged with overseeing daily operations, training of regional management and on-site and administrative support staff.
Scott is returning to Manhattan Management to run and help expand the company’s real estate portfolio. Through collaboration efforts with local, state and national associations, she is also eager to share her industry knowledge and experience as a consultant and an expert in her field.
Scott is a member of the Manufactured Housing Institute, Michigan Manufactured Housing Association, the Operation Tell Michigan Committee, the Self-Storage Association and a current member and past board member of the Self-Storage Association of Michigan.
