NitNeil Partners Announces Latest Self Storage Project in Downtown Durham, North Carolina
ATLANTA, GEORGIA – June 3, 2015 – NitNeil Partners has acquired a development site on West Seminary Street in Downtown Durham, North Carolina in a joint venture with Equator Capital Management and Faison Enterprises, Inc. The project will commence construction this month and result in a 3-story 85,000 square foot climate controlled self storage facility scheduled for completion in March 2016. Downtown Durham has had an influx of new residents and businesses and this facility will support the pent-up need for high quality, intown self storage.
