OpenTech Alliance, Inc., announced completion of a significant update of their integration with SMD Software’s SiteLink Web Edition. The enhancements apply to OpenTech’s kiosks, call center, the Self-Storage Network and OpenTech’s new Cloud-based services, INSOMNIAC Online and INSOMNIAC LiveAgent!
Many of the enhancements underscore the one-call resolution strategy of OpenTech’s call center service. The enhancements help OpenTech narrow the information gap between an on-site manager’s knowledge of the business and someone at a remote location. OpenTech’s Storage Counselors can now provide true customer service, similar to an Assistant Manager, except they do not have to be on-site.
