Pegasus Group, a Walnut Creek, California based real estate investment and management firm, announces the acquisition of six existing self-storage facilities in the Kansas City, Missouri area. The existing facilities will assume the national self storage brand Central Self-Storage and are located in the towns of Platte City, Kansas City, Shawnee, Olathe, Belton and South Raytown. All properties are stabilized properties that have proven performance track records. This is the second self storage portfolio Pegasus Group has acquired in the past year. In August of 2011, Pegasus Group acquired four facilities in Boise, ID.
